The Aim of the Fund

To create a 'ring-fenced' pool of finance for projects to improve stage and front of house facilities at the theatre

Foyer Project

Aims

1. Alleviate congestion in foyer areas.

2. Improve safe passage between the box office, bar, kitchen and auditorium

3. Upgrade the box office, kitchen and refreshment facilities

4. Insulate walls and ceilings

5. Upgrade decor and furnishings

Current Position

• The Board has commissioned plans and is currently examining proposals and costs

• Any work, for both financial and practical reasons, may have to be spread over a number of years

• Avenues of finance, including grants, fund raising events and donations, are being explored

• Patrons and members will be kept advised of decisions and progress
